June says – “2022 is going to be a diluted version of 2021… Prices will remain high… Tight supply will continue to fuel the market.”
Brenda says – “rates are increasing due to the taper tantrum… Rates are historically low, but we have seen an increase since July… You want a highly regarded local lender so buyers will have confidence in your ability to close”.
