1 – Start at the Double Standard and have a drink on their patio under the redwood trees. But pace yourself! There’s a long night of haunting ahead of you.

2 – Turn down 25th street to find Friends and Family, where you can watch scary movies on the projector.

3 – If you cross the street to High 5ive, you’ll get in the elevator up to a rooftop bar where you can gaze out over the drinkers and trick-or-treaters. A great place to have a contemplative drink before diving back out into the streets

4 – Take a right on Broadway and you’ll come across Calavera, where they’re unveiling a special menu for Dia de los Muertos, including some spooky cocktails. Try the En tus Sueńos, which is made from Oaxacan rum, Cynar and peach liqueur, or enjoy the Mi Alebrije, with mezcal and melon puree.

5 – Right next door is the Hive, which features Drake’s Dealership, where they have a terrifyingly extensive collection of witches brews for all you beer lovers.

6 – Continue down Broadway and cross West Grand to get to Viridian, a sleek and classy spot that serves Asian-inspired craft cocktails.

7 – It’s always Dia de los Muertos at Agave. Have a seat at the bar with its colorful shrine to death and mezcal, and have a pick from their wide selection of spirits distilled from the succulent that gives them their name.

8 – If you need to refuel, you can grab a bite to eat at Low Bar, which has a new Fall menu alongside some horrifyingly limited time cocktails.

9 – Finally, you’ll end up at Two Pitchers Brewing Company. It’s their one year anniversary. They are featuring “Crafts and Drafts” and plenty of candy to go around. This is a great spot to go for you dog lovers.
